I just got a postcard in my mailbox for this company who will be at ALA midwinter. Since most of us aren't going to ALA....Students can send text messages to the librarian who can respond via the web. They make it sound easy peasy. Not sure about cost, but I have sent a request asking for more information. There is a demo you can try out on their site.
