Combine social networking, location based gaming, cell phone photography and a love of food. The result might be Foodspotting, an online community and web discovery tool dedicated to delicious beautiful food. Members upload photographs of food tagged with the restaurant and it's location. Other members can thumb it up. In Foodspotting speak, it's called nom-ing. There are points awarded, badges, a reputation system, a leader board and a few rules.
Of course, there's an app for that.
